The world of geometric puzzles: pieces that can be scrambled, turned, reorganised and solved without losing their identity.

Geometry describes how a form organises space and how its parts relate to build a coherent whole.

Sacred geometry opens a second reading: it asks what human, cultural or symbolic meaning we give to those relationships. In Depthcubing, symbolism is offered as a map for contemplation, not as a closed scientific truth.

Depthcubing adds a third layer: experience. The solid is no longer only a form to observe; it becomes a puzzle that can be touched, scrambled and reorganised.

Just as a relationship of proportions unfolds as rhythm through time in music, geometry becomes a sequence in a puzzle: turn, pause, attention, pattern and transformation.

Depthcubing exists because of speedcubing. It draws on its vocabulary, methods, algorithms and pattern recognition, but changes the direction of the exploration.

While speedcubing goes deeper into speed, Depthcubing uses those same tools to go deeper into observation.

The cube holds a central place as a structural matrix. This does not mean that the other four solids fit inside it in one identical way or at the same scale. Its vertices, face centres, axes and golden relationships allow them to be constructed, inscribed or geometrically coordinated. In Depthcubing, containment means orientation and support rather than confinement.

This route is read from the bottom upwards: 01 tetrahedron, 02 hexahedron, 03 octahedron, 04 dodecahedron and 05 icosahedron. It will later continue with the icosidodecahedron and Metatron's Cube.

From still form to lived experience

Geometry begins to move.

The solids usually contemplated in diagrams can also be held in our hands. Puzzles turn form into experience: they allow us to touch it, scramble it and discover how it transforms without losing its structure. Geometry no longer occupies only space; it also unfolds through time as a sequence of movements.

Playful sacred geometry does not replace contemplation or use science to prove a symbolic interpretation. It opens another door: allowing the hands, body and attention to participate through play and movement.

A process of exploration

Scramble

A scrambled state does not destroy the structure. It presents a temporary configuration whose order is not yet visible.

Observe

Before moving, we recognise what is happening: pieces, relationships, repetitions and possibilities.

Choose a reference

The centres allow us to orient ourselves. A clear reference helps us decide which movement takes priority.

Reconfigure

Solving does not mean ceasing to be who we are. It means allowing every part to find a more coherent relationship.

The cube as a map

Finding our bearings before solving.

Up and down. Right and left. Front and back. The cube asks us to locate ourselves in space and understand that every movement happens around a point of reference.

Its centres remain connected even while the other pieces change position. In Depthcubing, this structure allows us to explore an essential question:

From where am I looking at this configuration?

We do not use a form to prove a belief.

We observe what the relationship between structure, movement and attention can reveal.

We are looking for questions we can hold in our hands.

You do not need to know cubing to begin.

Depthcubing is for people who know speedcubing and for those who have never solved a puzzle. The entry point is not technique. It is curiosity.
